This is an updated review. After initially posting about the unusability of the app, I must acknowledge that Sprint did the 2 most necessary things. One, they responded & two, they fixed the problem. I did not have to modernize the application for the fix, so I believe the response that it was some other issue besides the app. In fairness I give kudos for responsiveness and effective resolution. I haven't tried bill payment yet but from what I've seen the rest is functional. OK Sprint, I'm feeling a lot better.
I can't even begin the app. Keeps saying Error. When I went to the shop the shop rep allow us use Sprints computer to contact Sprint. The Sprint rep on the other end of the computer said we had to adjust cookies on the phone that they were not having issues with connectivity. When the Sprint rep typed back and told her we were using Sprints computer and it also said Error their was no response. How long do we hold the application before erasing it because it will not work?
Application always crashes and spins and spins and spins and spins. Sprint must hold all their info on a floppy disk on a Commodore 64. It's easier and quicker just to threaten the employees at the store. I've had Sprint numerous times reverse charges and reverse billings becaise you can never pay your bill.
Horrible. When i got my fresh phone no one told me that I had a fresh acc or had to create a fresh one. At the shop , the seller didn't even mention anything even when I asked they kept saying no. Not just that, they told me to use the sprint application to pay my bill which will be easier. When I did, I paid for my old acc and didn't know that it was. Until they shut my phone down. I tried contacting them but they all said various things. No one is in the same page. Even when I explain to them about the application not changing or updated my profile for me they still charging me and wish me to pay full with late charges. I'm planning on moving to various service. Application is super slow and is always crashing!!!
This application is horrible. Since latest modernize every time I test to sign in it gives me no error except for the word error. I really hope T-Mobile does purchase Sprint , that method maybe we can obtain an application that works halfway decent. Sad really.
This application was terrible! It wouldn't allow me sign into my regular acc with my phone number. I was in the middle of a blackout and wanted to refill my cellular data since my wireless connection was down, but I could even do that! I would rate lower if I could.
Every since this fresh application replaced the old one it's been downhill. Can't do a thing without an getting errors to test again later yet it doesn't obtain better "later". With how huge Sprint is you would think that they would hire people who would create this application functional instead of pretty. Next time probably try it instead of making us lose our time getting it to work.
Like a lot of before me have said, the "new and improved" application is better at one thing, crashing, showing error reports, saying the network is unavailable - whether I am connected to Wireless connection or not. In general, this fresh application must not have gone through much testing, cause it does not work. At least the old one worked.
Crashes on opening most of the time. Will not login when it does open. Useless. For troubleshooting, using a HTC M8 and no, i don't wish another phone. Sprint has upgraded its security so you have to obtain a text when signing into their website. Great, now only the person that has stolen, or found you phone can log into and create changes to your Sprint acc ROFL!!!
One time I went to pay my bill and the application had had someone elses info on my phone. Total could have paid someone elses bill with their credit card. I wouldnt do that but me and no one else should be able to access other peoples stuff. And I couldnt pay my bill because it wouldnt allow me sigh out of his account.
Don't even have enough of a network connection to modernize this app. This has been my life since switching to sprint several months back. Not good decision. I can't wait to obtain a deal around Christmas to switch carriers. I am willing to chop my losses at this point. UPDATE: finally was able to download the application update. Now I can't sign in because it tells me there is a connection error. Is there a rating lower than one star?
I hate the fact that I can never ever not one time obtain a Human Being on the other end of the line!! Instead I have to type it out like that's convenient especially when you have large hands and don't text to begin with..I've had to go out of my method to the other side of city 45 minute away twice for something that could've been told to me by a human!! I saw a shop number on a receipt an called,lol there computers were down,was advised to call CS..WOW!
I am the only person on my account. After a lot of months, "MY SPRINT" still tells me I am not an authorized user. What am I not understanding? I have to request access for myself? Is it becuse I have multiple user names that the application forced us to create? It is 2017 and I cannot remember the latest time I was able to easily pay my bill online.. Please respond me and please help.
CAN'T pay my bill, and says I have to pay $7.00 if I call to create payment over the phone! I shouldn't have to pay additional in order to pay my bill. Especially if I'm unable to pay it, because your stupid application doesn't work! Then, I'll be charged $40.00 for a late payment!
NOT JUST FOR SPRINT USERS!!!! I HAD SPRINT FOR 11YRS AND THEY NEVER CHANGED THERE SIGNAL ISSUES!! I'M WITH VERIZON I LOVE IT I GET A SIGNAL EVERYWHERE I GO!!! THE BEST PART IS I STILL USE SPRINT GALLERY IT PORTED RIGHT OVER !!!! I DIDN'T LOOSE A THING!!! THIS APP IS NOT JUST FOR SPRINT....
Very cool. Thank you Sprint. Was able to search relevant discounts available in my area. Nice Member Perk!! Hope the deals stay this method and aren't a temporary too amazing to be real introductory offers. Also, Do we need a fresh Pin each time we log in? You're doing cool things Sprint!
I got further than others and I'm at least logged in, but when I test to view some of the deals, it either sits there trying to load the page for a REALLY long time, or a server error comes up. I was really hoping to use one of the deals tonight. I highly suggest looking into this problem as soon as possible.
This application is horrible. First as of 2:27pm CST, I still can't log in. Clearly, this application wasn't ready for a hard begin to be able to handle the customer load. Secondly, as I preview the application and read reviews, its nothing more than a coupon app. If you're going to reward customers, then do it....less of the bait and switch... very disappointed! I do not recommend this app!
It's more like an ebates than anything else. Which is fine except... every 2 seconds you obtain a SERVER ERROR notice which completely makes the application useless... i dont know why major companies dont address these problems before rushing apps out to market... looks REALLY bad..
Just received the email from Sprint saying how amazing the application is. I figure why not so I downloaded it. I follow the instructions which is simply putting in your phone number. It keeps saying servor error. After a few attempts I received a notice of to a lot of attempts and the application is now locked. If your going to have a Application and you wish your customers to use it even after doing your updates create sure it works. Don't hold testing it in house and say it works fine, try it outside your offices.
Other than the free Papa John's pizza code, this application feels like a blatant Ebates ripoff. Hold it easy Sprint. Throw us some freebies here and there, and maybe a few corporate discount codes for travel, and call it a day. The money back aspect is just another method to drum up money for yourselves. Companies like Ebates do it because retailers give them a percentage of your purchase, and they pass along some of it to you, the end user. We all know you're doing the same thing.
horrible it's a coupon thing and they arnt even amazing then its saids free sprint device then tell u all the charges u have to pay to obtain it this is the worst and I'm urging you to not download it at all since it'll boost their numbers even if u uninstall sprint repeatedly drops the ball Verizon's where it's at with everything best service
